Return Policy

In the case you need to return a product to us, follow this guide

Faulty Products

If the fault occurred within the product’s warranty period, the product can be returned to Solarhaus for a replacement. Warranty information is available in the Download tab under each product.

Conditions Apply:

Return request must be made within the product’s warranty period from the date of sale to your customer.

Your customer’s invoice/receipt must be returned with the product to verify the date of purchase.

All components relating to the product must be returned

If a credit is provided, products will be credited at their most recent purchased price.

The total value of the return will be credited to your account and will be offset against future orders.

The freight charge for the return of a faulty item is at Solarhaus' cost.

Return of Unwanted Items

Solarhaus offers returns on all products that you are unable to use or sell. Our 14 day returns policy ensures you have ample time to return any unwanted (unused) items.

Policy Conditions:

The return request must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.

The returned goods MUST received back in our warehouse within 14 days of the date on the original invoice that the goods were shipped to you on.

The products that you are returning must be unused, in mint condition and in the original box and packaging. Products returned in any other condition run the risk of being rejected.

Products will be credited at their current listed price at the time of return.

The total value of the return will be credited to your account and will be offset against future orders.

The freight charge for “returned goods” is at your cost.

Shipping Errors

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, we apologise! The incorrect product can be returned to Solarhaus for a credit.

Policy Conditions:

The return request must be made with 7 days from receipt of shipment

Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original box and packaging. Products not in their original condition run the risk of being rejected.

The total value of the return will be credited to your account.

The freight charge for Shipping Errors is at Solarhaus' cost.
